Everyday, without fail I will drink up my fruit/vege combi smoothies. I will add some "supplements" so that I m sure of getting the best of everything. Sounds kiasu hor...
Raw Wheat Germ (1 tablespoon)
Flaxseed (1 teaspoon)
If I eat salad, then 1 tablespoon
1 Tablespoon of Brewer's Yeast
Add honey with my drink is bitter or tasteless
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. 1 teaspoon
ChiaSeed (1 teaspoon)
Lecithin (1 teaspoon)
I usually blend all this to the smoothies and gulp down immediately. Normally chilled, otherwise it's really to "telan". The above items can be found in any organic shops like BMS, Natural Health Farm, Cosway, etc.
