Milk
Over the years, I've collected tin foils, and scoops from various brands. However I never redeemed anything cos I am not bothered? Actually I was not well informed on their reward plans. I gave the tin foils and scoops away.
Calculating over the span of 6 years, I think I have spent close to RM20-30k just on milk powders!
Now we are consuming Bright Cow Milks. 1 bottle weekly. Each bottle is 1L and RM8 delivered. Non-Pasteurized . Technically, straight from the cow to the bottle :)

Kuvings Wide Mouth Slow Juicer
Purchased another kitchen gadget. This time, a slow juicer. Modern belief that heat and speed will kill the fruits enzymes/ and nutrients away, hence slow juicer is a better option. Honestly speaking, having owned a fast juicer, juicing using the slow juicer really eats up a lot of my time.
Got this in Raw Food Today group buy at RM1899.

Waited for almost 1 month after full payment for this baby to arrive.
HAHA. Can only fit smaller size apples!

Kitchen Gadgets
I love kitchen gadgets. Gadgets make my life easy because I need to be fast. Obviously I have not been posting but these 4 items were my latest Kitchen family. The airfryer, The Thermomix , The Joyoung and a mini-oven to replaced one that got burned out.
and not yet...I am still waiting for my savings accounts to grow a little and I want to buy a Slow Juicer :P

The airfryer. No need put oil at all. So far, I have made cakes, muffins, nuggest, salmon, prawn crackers, etc. The son also know how to operate this. Yes, on his own. He goes to the freezer, takes the nuggets and fry them.
Joyoung soya bean maker or tong sui maker Fast, easy.
Had to label them cos the unit came from China
The german maid, the Thermomix, or aka TMX
Have used this maid to make cake, steam stuff, stir fry, grind, etc...
Mini oven to replace my old one - spoil.
Usually, during the weekend, the kitchen is the busiest place in the house!

Raw Brocolli Soup
Failure :(
Texture was right
Preparation method was right
I just didnt get used to the raw smell. If I can "tahan", then this is a good bowl of Raw Soup
Ingredients:
Brocolli
Carrot
Water
Avocado
Then Blend Together. Added toast bread.

Happy Kitchen
Yeah, very happy with my purchase. But after awhile, I did regret buying the expensive lap-sap-tong.
GreenPan.
I bought this because I dont know how to use stainless steel to fry.
Always stick. I cant use my Tefal on the induction cooker. *bummer*
Bought a cover for it too
This size can make a bowl of Magii Mee
Expensive Lap-Sap-Tong that is fly-less & smell-less.
I had to google to find out how to line the rubbish bag.
& 3 weeks later I found out Katrin BJ was having SALE!!!!!!!!! !@#$%

Raw & Rock (Part 2)
So what's the hype about this?
I have so intrigued by this video. The magic bullet.
At the same time, I didnt know Shimono was the exact same machine sold in Malaysia. I have seen Shimono at many shopping complexes but never really paid attention cos at that time, I was not interested. I already have 3 BLENDERS at home (Kenwood, Philips and Panasonic). Why needed another one?
BTW, Shimono blender can be found in 1U near Annies Snack shop. Shop name "Live It Up" or in inside Subang Parade Parkson Ground floor.
And at the same time, I just got to know some ladies from the Raw Food Today club and they were talking about Shimono. So the more they were talking about it, the more I then took interest.
When I did the Green Smoothies challenge with Tera Warner , day 1 I used my rusty Panasonic blender. I didnt like it at all. So pulpy (you know, it did not blend like water/liquid) and I had a hard time gulping down. day 2, I cheated and started using my Breville.
Then of course, I learned a lot from the RFT group and began to venture out. So coming to 2 months, I have been juicing and blending every day. YES EVERYDAY.
There is no hard and fast rule to the recipe. Any combination is good
Below video, Basil Leaf + Water + Honey.

Illegal Work At the Kitchen
ahahhaha dont be taken aback. Not so serious.
I am one lazy bum here. During the last Raya holidays, we decided to juice often. So I got very tired after each juice extract as I have to clear and clean the fruit waste, the pulp, etc. I then thought to "seal" the juicer so that no ants can enter. True enough. I tested for 6 days. Not a single ant found. It did smell a little fishy as there was some liquid found. Otherwise, this is good. Will continue this illegal work in my kitchen

This is the juicer
#1, I stuck a paper towel at the juice outlet
#2 for the waste/pulp, I line with plastic.
Hence mush easier to thrash and the plastic container was clean. However I still rinse it.
