Raw Wheat Germ (1 tablespoon)
Flaxseed (1 teaspoon)
If I eat salad, then 1 tablespoon
1 Tablespoon of Brewer's Yeast
Add honey with my drink is bitter or tasteless
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. 1 teaspoon
ChiaSeed (1 teaspoon)
Lecithin (1 teaspoon)
I usually blend all this to the smoothies and gulp down immediately. Normally chilled, otherwise it's really to "telan". The above items can be found in any organic shops like BMS, Natural Health Farm, Cosway, etc.

Eh, thot not suppose to gulp it down but instead let it mix with your saliva in your mouth slowly and then only telan bit by bit .. hahaha.
